How can I pay for my booking if I do not have a Credit Card?

Cash, Instant Banking, FNB cell phone banking and your Edgars/Jet account.  

Can I make a booking on the Mango website if I am paying for someone else with my Credit Card?

No, for your protection we require the Credit Card holder to be present at the time of check in. In such a case, please use any one of our other payment methods or simply go to your nearest Shoprite, Checkers or Checkers Money market counter and purchase your Mango Flight.

Do Infants pay to travel on a Mango flight?

Infants pay a R117.54 fixed fare plus 14% vat & R16 Civil Aviation Aircraft Passenger Safety Charge per sector.

Are there any charges involved when I make changes to my reservation?

Yes, we charge an admin fee of R170 per name change, and R200 per date, route or time change on the website. A fee of R200 is charged for name changes and R250 for date, route or time change via the call centre or guest services at the airport.

How much does Mango charge for excess baggage?

You have 20 kg per Guest thereafter R30 per kg will be charged. No baggage weighing more than 32 kg will be accepted for travel.

What is Mango Plus and Mango Flex?

These are corporate fares that offer flexibility.
