  • What is an automated voucher?

It is a system generated voucher, which is sent directly to the guest email address that we have on file. This may be a travel agent email address if you booked via a Travel Agent or 3rd Party Website.

 

  • Who do I contact if I do not receive a voucher?

Please do not hesitate to contact us on vouchers@flymango.com and/or your travel agent.

 

  • How do I redeem my voucher(s)?

When making your booking via the Mango Website and at the time of payment, please insert the voucher details in the applicable area (Mango Voucher). Please do not forget to press validate and the voucher amount will be deducted from the ticket total after which you will be requested to make payment for the balance, if any. An additional voucher(s) may also be used to pay any outstanding balances.

 

  • What do I do if I’ve only received a portion of the vouchers and not the total amount?

  • How long is the voucher valid for?

Voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of issue and must be used before the expiry date. Voucher cannot be re-instated or extended.

 

  • How do I redeem a voucher without incurring extra name or date change fees?

Voucher is transferable and can be used on any Mango route. Please be aware that any balance of the voucher will be forfeited.

 

  • How long does it take to issue a voucher?

Vouchers due to the COVID-19 Lockdown are issued systematically as restrictions are clarified and/or lifted. If you have not received your voucher, Please do not hesitate to contact us on vouchers@flymango.com and/or your travel agent. We will endeavour to get back to you within 48hrs.

 

  • Can I redeem the voucher using the Mango App?

Vouchers can only be used via the Mango website.
