General Information

All group travel on Mango is subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions (General Conditions of Carriage) available on our website.
Terms and conditions, including fares and flight schedules, are subject to change.
Group booking confirmation is applicable to 10 or more adults traveling together, should the actual group be reduced to less than 10 adults, the fare could increase as stated on our terms and conditions.
At least 1 adult is required for every 5 children under the age of 12 years traveling together.
Mango check-in counters open 2 hours prior to departure.
Check-in counters closes sharply at 40 minutes prior to departure.
Refreshments can be bought on board.
Group bookings are non-refundable once paid for.

If you would like to sit together as a group, why not make use of Mango’s pre-seating benefit for as little as R55.00 per person per flight.

Group quotations are valid for 24 hours only.
Fares quoted include VAT and all airport taxes.
Fares are quoted per person per sector (per one-way).
Weekend and weekday fares differ.
Fares are subject to tax increases and fuel fluctuation.
Group bookings fares do not apply to Mango promotional or special fares.
Infants (under 2 years) not occupying a seat and travelling as part of the group only pay a fare of R156.00 per sector (subject to change).
Children (2 years and up) pay full adult fares.
A copy of a credit card and copy of the credit card holder’s ID must be verified for bookings paid with a credit card.

2 free changes are permitted, thereafter R370.00 will be charged per change per person.

Once the list is provided, Guests will be charged R290.00 to change names (this applies per name change).

The booking fee is calculated according to the size of the group as per the table below.
