What do I do if the booking process stops at a certain stage, or the same page keeps re-loading?

Browsers have caches that store pages in order to decrease the time it takes to load a page. If the cache is full, it may reload the same page or provide you with an older version of the page. 

To resolve this issue, follow the directions for your specific browser to clear your cache and then refresh the page (Ctrl + F5).

There may also be problems in the booking process, after you have entered your payment details,   are then transferred from a non-secure site to a secure site – in which case the use of cookies may affect the loading of the page. Ensure you have cookies enabled for our site.
